An invitation to deepen your acquaintance and sense of belonging with the exciting, intriguing, and diverse Tel Aviv-Yafo. We will encounter the city with curious, critical, and open eyes, through diverse perspectives on its history, daily life, and the conflicts that shape it.
Permanent Exhibition
Key milestones in the city’s history are presented through stories, voices, and tensions that form Tel Aviv-Yafo. Between the local and the global, the spiritual and the everyday, ideology and reality – the exhibition offers an in-depth look at the changing city.
City Stories Collection
A living and dynamic collection of memories, thoughts, and moments of residents. A chance to get to know the local narrative – and an opportunity to add your own chapter.
Dizengoff Office
The historical office of the first mayor, Meir Dizengoff, reconstructed in the original building where decisions shaping Tel Aviv were made. A tangible connection to the city's early years.
Contemporary Art Exhibition – “At City Level”
Through local artworks, the ongoing encounter between the city and its residents is explored – the spaces where the public dreams, demands, transforms, and challenges the city at eye level.
Guidance
The museum's guiding team comes from diverse backgrounds, full of curiosity, knowledge, and insider familiarity with the city. Each tour is built through dialogue, encouraging narrative literacy, civic involvement, and open urban thinking.
Tour Duration
Approximately one hour – followed by free wandering, without time limit.
The event will be documented and published on social media.
The number of spots is limited to 20 participants per tour.

Private tours for groups, organizations, and families can be booked in advance.
Whether you were born or lived in Tel Aviv-Yafo, or just came for a visit –
The City Museum offers private tours tailored to each group, pace, and interest. Each tour is specially designed, offering a meaningful and immersive experience of getting to know the city – its stories, characters, tensions, rhythm, and everything in between.
Each group can include 20 participants. In case of a large group, it can be split according to the number of participants.
